Emilie Ledan, lawyer

Emilie has 15 years of experience in international mobility and advises foreign companies in connection with their activities in France, as well French companies developing their business internationally, on a broad range of matters including expatriation of French employees, international recruitment, international remote work, tax compliance and social protection, international payroll and Global Mobility policy development.

She also regularly assists private clients (both French and non French), on all issues related to their international mobility (personal taxation, social protection, etc.).

Emilie is a lawyer at the Lyon Bar since 2007. She began her career at Bignon Lebray & Associés before joining the international mobility department of Deloitte. She also led the international mobility practice for a world leader in domestic appliances before being appointed international mobility director for one of the world leaders in the video game market. Based on these experiences, she decided to found Kernels Law as a partner in 2023 to provide her clients with tailor-made and local support.

Emilie holds a Master’s degree in Business law from Grenoble Alpes University. She is also a member of the Professional Committee of the Cercle Magellan.
